This multi-unit development hosts 3 buildings consisting of 4 large individual units in each building. Each consisting of open concept living space with large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and in-suite laundry. Maximizing the use of the site [which backs on to an environmental protected area] we were able to add in a large amenity space for the residents as well as extra guest parking in the rear of the complex.
